" Dear Lon & Randy,

Lucy and I just wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how completely satisfied we both are with our recent purchase of unit #8 condominium at Cottage Cove on Elk Lake. From summer boating to winter snowmobiling and every thing in between, this place has it all. I can’t tell you what a joy it was last winter to load up my ice fishing gear from my back deck and head out on the lake for a day of ice fishing. I don’t think it could get any more convenient than that. Summer time boating proves to be even easier, with my boat being stored in the water a mere 50’ from my back door. The only thing that has been challenging for me so far is to stay focused in the office on Friday afternoons!

We would also like to comment on the quality of craftsmanship we have experienced with our new house. Having lived in it for almost two years now, it has given us a chance to really appreciate just how soundly these units are built. We have yet to find one crack in the drywall or one creak in a loose floorboard. We could tell when it was being built that you assemble each one as if it were going to be your own. From the great floor plans to the ease and flexibility of options that were being offered, you allowed us the opportunity to build our dream home. As we sit up in the loft watching the sunset over the lake, we know just how fortunate we are to have found a place like this.

Another nice surprise has been the ample storage space we have for all our “big boy toys”. When we started our search for a condominium we never would have dreamed that it would include indoor, on-site storage for our boat and snowmobiles without sacrificing parking space in the garage. The 40’ X 11’ storage shed has proved to be more than adequate for our needs.

Well the ice is starting to melt off the lake and this year is the year I boat that 50” musky I’m always talking about, so I better get to fishing! Thank you so much for sharing this special place with Lucy and I!"
