The Cottage Cove Site Plan was developed by Performance Engineers, Inc.. Our exclusive neighborhood community is situated on 23 acres of waterfront property on magnificent Elk Lake. The site plan has 21 individual residential lots and 10 duplex lots, each with a boat slip.
The goal for the site plan was to create a setting for a small waterfront community of neighbors and friends that would provide everything needed on the property to maximize the enjoyment of lakeside living on the amazing Chain of Lakes.
